Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.

Job Requirements

• Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with 15 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing ground-up multifamily projects exceeding $50M in value.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff effectively.
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Proficiency in project management software and advanced construction technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize resource allocation effectively.
