Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore and Primavera P6.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and critical infrastructure essential.
- Proven track record managing projects exceeding $50M in value.
- Experience with fast-track and design-build project delivery methods preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills required.
