Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage project teams from initial planning to final turnover, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting to maintain financial control.
  • Coordinate procurement strategies for essential systems and equipment, optimizing project resources.
  • Ensure project schedules align with milestone commitments and overall objectives.
  • Facilitate meetings and provide detailed executive-level reporting on project progress.
  • Identify risks proactively and implement effective mitigation strategies to safeguard project success.
  • Collaborate with field leadership to uphold safety and quality standards consistently.
  • Mentor team members, enhancing their skills and capabilities for future leadership roles.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Procore and Primavera P6.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and critical infrastructure essential.
  • Proven track record managing projects exceeding $50M in value.
  • Experience with fast-track and design-build project delivery methods preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills required.
