Data Processing Overview

  • The Data Processing role is a temporary contract position for a professional services company.

  • Work hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST.

Data Processing Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Learn and execute a defined data processing workflow through structured training materials.
  • Process a high volume of cases accurately and consistently following step-by-step guidelines.
  • Review input documents, extract relevant data, and validate information as trained.
  • Identify and flag any inconsistencies or errors within processed data.
  • Support tool testing by comparing outputs from standard and AI-assisted tools.
  • Provide structured feedback on discrepancies and errors in tool outputs.
  • Participate in feedback sessions to improve tool performance during testing phases.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within the engagement timeline without loose ends.
  • Maintain effective communication with the team to address issues and clarify uncertainties.

Data Processing Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, processing, or operations roles.
