Administrative Assistant Overview
- The Administrative Assistant role supports the Elections and Government Program in achieving key goals and objectives.
- Provide logistical and operational support to ensure smooth program operations and deliverables execution.
- Collaborate with program directors and staff to manage scheduling, expense reports, and event logistics.
- Assist in research, drafting, and proofreading materials for publications, advocacy, and litigation projects.
- Engage in communication with external stakeholders, including government officials, donors, and journalists.
- Coordinate inter-department initiatives with Communications and Development teams to ensure alignment.
- Conduct research and summarize legal, academic, and news sources to support program initiatives.
- Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned to advance program objectives.
Administrative Assistant Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and team logistics with accuracy and timeliness.
- Plan, track, prioritize, and report progress on tasks and projects to ensure timely execution.
