- Manage operational aspects of clinical trials from initiation to closeout.
- Oversee CRO and vendor performance to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Develop and review protocol-related materials for compliance and accuracy.
- Monitor trial progress, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
- Coordinate site selection and activation to optimize participant enrollment.

Senior Clinical Trial Manager Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of clinical research experience, with 3+ years in trial management.
- Proficiency in ICH-GCP and global regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing CROs, vendors, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with clinical systems like EDC, IRT, eTMF, CTMS, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel as required (approximately 10–15%).
