- Oversee CRO and vendor performance to ensure quality and timeliness.

Senior Clinical Trial Manager Job Requirements

- Minimum 6 years of clinical research experience, with 3+ years in trial management.
- Proficiency in ICH-GCP and global regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing CROs, vendors, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with clinical systems like EDC, IRT, eTMF, CTMS, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel as required (approximately 10–15%).
