Lead Simulation Engineer Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
- Minimum of seven years of experience in simulation engineering, preferably in automotive and plastics industries.
- Proficiency in Ansys software for thermal, static, vibration, and CFD analyses is essential.
- Experience with mold flow and CAD tools such as CATIA, SolidWorks, or Creo is preferred.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills to ensure clear communication of simulation results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to dynamic workloads and priorities.
- Comfortable participating in design reviews and sharing technical opinions effectively.
- On-site work arrangement with standard hours from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
