Project Architect Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and functional design solutions.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications using Revit and other design software.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project success.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and adherence to design intent.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Project Architect Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) from an accredited university program.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architectural design, with 10 years preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit and graphic design software for architectural presentations.
• Experience with public projects is highly beneficial.
• Registered Architect or eligibility for registration is required.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for client and team interactions.
