Registered Nurse Overview
- The Registered Nurse will provide essential health services within a behavioral health framework.
- Conduct initial and ongoing nursing assessments for clients in residential and community settings.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
- Administer medications and monitor for side effects in accordance with medical orders.
- Provide health education and promote healthy lifestyle changes using harm reduction practices.
- Act as a liaison between external healthcare providers and community organizations.

- Support clients with medical case management and follow-up care post-hospitalization.

Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Carry a caseload and perform regular health monitoring assessments for clients.
- Administer prescribed medical treatments and evaluate for adverse reactions.
- Coordinate and deliver medications, including long-acting injections, to client locations.

Registered Nurse Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and New York State registration required.
