- Develop and implement nursing policies, protocols, and clinical guidelines.

- Manage nursing operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Operating Room Nurse Manager Surgical Services Job Requirements
- Associate of Science in Nursing or Healthcare Administration required.
- Active RN licensure or ability to obtain licensure in the relevant state.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Nurse Manager or Director in surgical services.
- Proficiency in orthopedic operating room nursing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ambulatory surgery center regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building experience.
