Senior Manager, Engineering – Web Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for developing and maintaining web platforms.
• Plan and execute sprints, manage scope, and remove blockers to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and SEO teams to align engineering efforts with organizational goals.
• Set and enforce engineering standards for code quality, performance, and security.

Senior Manager, Engineering – Web Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience, with 2-3 years in management roles.

• Proficiency in GraphQL and API-driven architectures.
