• The Business Analyst – AI Operations will identify and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risks.
• Collaborate with Operations, Trade Support, and Technology teams to analyze workflows and propose AI-based improvements.
• Design, build, and maintain automations and scripts using Python and SQL for AI integration.
• Prototype and pilot AI-assisted processes, ensuring successful adoption and documentation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot AI-powered tools, escalating issues as necessary.
• Measure the impact of AI implementations against operational KPIs and recommend controls.
• Stay updated on new AI capabilities and vendor releases relevant to operational use cases.
