Job Description

BCBA Overview

  • The BCBA will provide expert behavioral analysis services to children in a school setting, ensuring impactful interventions and positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with families and professionals to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.

BCBA Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify client needs and develop intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to create comprehensive treatment strategies.
  • Supervise and mentor behavior technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and refine intervention plans.
  • Provide training and support to families and caregivers to reinforce treatment goals.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and reports in compliance with professional standards.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Travel within the assigned region as required to meet client needs.

BCBA Job Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience, with 2 years preferred, in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and teams.
  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis to inform treatment plans.
  • Commitment to professional growth and staying updated on industry advancements.
