- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience, with 12 years preferred, in fund accounting or related roles.
- Proven leadership experience, ideally at the director level or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of private equity funds, partnership agreements, and regulatory compliance.
