Project Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project alignment and compliance.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and performance, addressing issues and risks proactively.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
• Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and addressing concerns.

Project Manager Job Requirements

• Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a preference for 8 years.
• Proven experience managing projects exceeding $50M, particularly in regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of federal, healthcare, and aviation project requirements and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Colorado Springs with provided assistance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is preferred.
