Job Description

Overview

  • Lead multifamily construction projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to timelines from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive construction plans effectively.
  • Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and address challenges promptly to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project efficiency and quality.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to construction teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and innovative practices in construction management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing multifamily construction projects successfully.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; certifications in construction management are preferred.
  • Proven expertise in overseeing large-scale construction projects with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
