  • Lead operations and strategic initiatives for a Medicaid-focused branch, ensuring compliance, growth, and community engagement.
  • Manage financial performance with full P&L accountability, driving operational efficiency and sustainability.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand referral networks and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team to achieve service excellence and operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, obtaining necessary certifications as required.
  • Represent the organization locally, engaging in community events and fostering strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align branch operations with broader organizational objectives.
  • Drive metrics-driven growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee branch operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and achievement of financial targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources to support business growth.
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff to deliver high-quality services and maintain employee satisfaction.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgets, accounts, and key performance metrics.
  • Conduct client visits and community engagement activities to strengthen local presence.
  • Implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Ensure compliance with Medicaid regulations and obtain necessary certifications.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align branch goals with organizational objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal care, home health, or hospice.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience required.
  • Prior Medicaid and personal care experience essential; business development experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of state regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Designated Manager certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • Proven ability to manage P&L and drive metrics-driven growth.
