Assistant Nurse Director NICU Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in an acute care setting.
- Specialty certification to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
- Active RN license in the state of practice or compact license eligibility.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Strong knowledge of NICU operations and evidence-based practices.
