Recruiting Assistant Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Draft and revise job descriptions to align with business needs and market trends.
- Coordinate recruitment for business services positions, including administrative and management-level roles.
- Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and recommend candidates to hiring managers.
- Prepare interview schedules and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Gather and consolidate interview feedback from hiring managers and interview teams.
- Assist with compensation discussions and prepare offer letters for selected candidates.
- Maintain communication with external recruiting partners and candidates regarding hiring status.
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail and follow-through in recruitment tasks and documentation.
Recruiting Assistant Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience; 3+ years preferred, ideally in law or professional services firms.
- Proficiency in ATS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to operate autonomously and within a team.
- Experience with viDesktop preferred but not required.
