- The Superintendent role involves overseeing light industrial construction projects, including interiors, renovations, and new builds, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Collaborate with office and field staff to manage high-volume, smaller-scale projects effectively, maintaining operational efficiency and team coordination.
- Work primarily from the office (70%) with site visits (30%) to monitor progress and address project-specific needs.
- Leverage self-perform capabilities in drywall, ceilings, flooring, and painting to optimize project execution and resource utilization.
- Estimate project costs accurately and manage budgets to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards across all project sites.

- Proficiency in project estimation, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Experience managing high-volume, smaller-scale projects with multiple concurrent tasks.
- Strong knowledge of self-perform capabilities in drywall, ceilings, flooring, and painting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
