Nurse Manager Cath Lab Job Requirements

• Current Florida RN license or recognized compact licensure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications (BLS and ACLS).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical cath lab nursing experience in acute care settings.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in cardiovascular labs.
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular procedures and patient care standards.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage resources effectively and lead a team.
