Job Description

Administrative Assistant Overview

  • The Administrative Assistant will provide dedicated support to the Project Finance and Development team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Finance Practice Coordinator to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and format professional PowerPoint presentations and Excel trackers with high accuracy and polish.
  • Maintain positive relationships with attorneys and clients through exceptional service and responsiveness.
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including travel coordination, expense reporting, and time entry management.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of department-specific processes and workflows to anticipate administrative needs.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
  • Contribute to special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

Administrative Assistant Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Support the Project Finance and Development team by managing daily administrative tasks and workflows.
  • Collaborate with the Practice Coordinator to focus on strategic and operational priorities.

Administrative Assistant Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with strong academic credentials.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably within professional services.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and responsiveness in all interactions.
