  • The Tax Senior Manager leads complex tax engagements, ensuring compliance and strategic planning for high-net-worth individuals and closely held entities.
  • Collaborate with multi-generational families, trustees, and business owners, providing tailored tax solutions and advisory services.
  • Drive business development efforts, including networking, proposal development, and identifying client opportunities.

Tax Senior Manager Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Active CPA certification with 8+ years of public accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in reviewing complex tax returns, including Forms 1040, 1041, 706, 709, and 990.
  • Experience with private equity, hedge funds, and alternative investment reporting.
  • Strong supervisory skills with 5+ years of experience managing teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in applicable technology and willingness to travel as needed.
