Project Architect Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead the design process, ensuring adherence to project goals and standards of excellence.
• Coordinate the development of comprehensive project documentation, including construction drawings and details.
• Participate in construction administration, reviewing shop drawings, material samples, and submittals.
• Administer project analysis for compliance with accessibility, zoning, and life-safety regulations.

Project Architect Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) with 8+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketchup/Formit for design and documentation.
• Strong skills in hand sketching, 3D renderings, and verbal presentations.
• Knowledge of architectural design, building materials, codes, and construction technologies.
• Commitment to sustainability principles and practices in architectural projects.
• LEED AP credential preferred for enhanced sustainability expertise.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring organization and time management.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities to inspire and develop team members.
