  • The Director, Family Office Services will lead and scale the practice, ensuring exceptional service delivery to ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Family Office Services to oversee complex engagements and develop operational infrastructure.
  • Provide actionable insights by organizing fragmented financial data and enhancing client visibility.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Champion technological innovation to improve efficiency, scalability, and client experience.
  • Support ultra-high-net-worth clients with trust, estate planning, governance, and financial decision-making.

Director, Family Office Services Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead day-to-day execution of family office engagements, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Develop and refine workflows, policies, and service standards for the team.
  • Supervise and mentor team members, including accountants and associates.
  • Analyze complex financial statements and consolidate information across various entities.
  • Coordinate with external advisors for tax planning and compliance.
  • Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity management.

Director, Family Office Services Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in family office services or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex financial statements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial technology tools.
  • CPA designation is strongly preferred.
