- The Multifamily Superintendent oversees late-stage construction activities for multifamily projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Coordinate trades such as painters, flooring installers, cabinet makers, and fixture technicians for project completion.
- Supervise mechanical, electrical, and plumbing hookups during the final stages of construction.
- Conduct quality control inspections to identify and rectify flaws before project handoff.
- Manage punch lists to resolve minor defects and ensure all tasks are completed.
- Deliver finished buildings or homes to clients or management, ensuring satisfaction and compliance.
- Collaborate with project teams to maintain high standards and meet deadlines effectively.
- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, fostering a productive work environment.

- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and punch list management.
