HR Records Coordinator Overview

  • The HR Records Coordinator will support the Human Resources team in managing personnel records and preparing for audits.
  • This role involves reviewing, organizing, and categorizing documents according to established HR standards.
  • Assist in maintaining both physical and electronic records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Work closely with HR leadership to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with retention policies.
  • Provide administrative support to HR operations, enhancing efficiency and organization.

HR Records Coordinator Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Review and classify personnel records stored in physical and electronic formats.
  • Organize and categorize documents according to HR retention guidelines.
  • Assist in archiving, scanning, and securely disposing of outdated records.
  • Maintain tracking logs to monitor project progress and document status.

HR Records Coordinator Job Requirements

  • Associate of Arts (AA) degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Minimum of two years of administrative experience, preferably in HR or records management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Experience with electronic document management systems is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
