  • As Director – Senior Credit Officer Real Estate/Real Assets, you will lead credit risk assessments for real estate and real asset financing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate counterparty risks and asset performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on credit limits, tenors, and risk ratings to support informed decision-making.
  • Monitor portfolio credit quality, identify early signs of risk, and participate in watchlist reviews.

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in credit risk roles within U.S. commercial real estate and CMBS markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in assessing complex transactions and processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Knowledge of U.S. market regulatory practices and broad understanding of real estate risks.
