Superintendent Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.

Superintendent Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing K-12 construction projects of varying scales.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and construction practices.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
