Superintendent Overview

  • The Superintendent role oversees construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage K-12 construction projects ranging from $20M-$60M within a 100-mile radius.
  • Coordinate with project teams to maintain project schedules and budgets effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction codes at all sites.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address project requirements and resolve challenges.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams for optimal performance.

Superintendent Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
