Superintendent Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage daily operations of construction sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements on-site.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure construction quality and adherence to specifications.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients and design teams.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.

Superintendent Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects exceeding $30M in value.
- Strong knowledge of CM at Risk and Design Build methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
