Proactive Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage construction projects across warehouse, industrial, commercial, and distribution sectors.
• Oversee tilt wall construction processes, ensuring adherence to project specifications.

Proactive Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in AEC projects; 3 years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of tilt wall construction and industrial project management.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory compliance in construction.
