Project Architect Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent educational background required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in infrastructure projects, including public authority developments and airport terminals.
• Experience in construction administration, overseeing site visits and ensuring design compliance.
• Strong technical background and interest in infrastructure projects, with adaptability to various project types.
• Registered Architect (RA) certification or progress towards certification preferred.
• Ability to manage teams of 2-5 personnel, ensuring effective collaboration and project success.
