Wealth Investment Strategist Overview

  • The Wealth Investment Strategist will lead investment processes for high-net-worth clients, developing strategic and tactical asset allocation models and portfolio solutions.
  • Collaborate with institutional investment teams to leverage proprietary and third-party managers for customized solutions.
  • Engage with clients to communicate market outlooks and provide investment expertise tailored to their financial goals.
  • Work in a hybrid environment, fostering teamwork and innovation within a dynamic and client-focused culture.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to perform quantitative and qualitative analyses on investment topics.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through presentations, white papers, and articles.
  • Support the team’s goal of expanding assets under management to $10 billion.

Wealth Investment Strategist Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic and tactical asset allocation recommendations for private wealth clients.
  • Perform detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform investment decisions.
  • Build and optimize portfolios using proprietary and third-party investment managers.

Wealth Investment Strategist Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in portfolio construction for high-net-worth clients or institutions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of asset allocation, portfolio construction, and manager selection.
  • SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses are mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen understanding of global macroeconomic factors.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and consultations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, promoting innovation and open dialogue.
