Call Center Representative Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide accurate and empathetic assistance to participants regarding health benefits and claims.
  • Research and resolve participant inquiries, ensuring clear communication and effective solutions.
  • Verify eligibility and benefits, coordinating updates with external vendors as needed.
  • Document participant interactions and maintain detailed records for future reference.

Call Center Representative Job Requirements
