Project Manager – Mixed-Use Construction

Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and execute detailed project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocations for mixed-use construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment and adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively to ensure project success.
• Prepare and manage comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, compliance records, and progress reports.
• Lead regular meetings to communicate updates and address stakeholder concerns effectively.
• Oversee procurement processes to ensure cost-efficiency and timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Collaborate with finance teams to manage budgets and monitor financial performance accurately.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry best practices throughout all construction phases.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience managing multifamily, mixed-use, or hospitality construction projects.
• Proven track record of delivering high-value construction projects exceeding $30M successfully.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for effective team and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for efficient planning and execution.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and sustainable practices.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with flexibility and adaptability.
