Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner Key Responsibilities & Duties

Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner Job Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited program required.
• Active RN license and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification in MA.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in psychiatric care; 5 years preferred.
• MCSR and DEA licenses required for prescribing medications.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare technology.
