Nurse Director Surgical Services Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced certifications preferred.
• Current California RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience and 2 years surgical nursing experience.
• Certified Nurse OR (CNOR) certification preferred upon hire.
• Proven ability to manage surgical operations and lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and quality improvement methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
