Senior Program Manager Overview

  • The Senior Program Manager will lead complex operational transformations and integrations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and scalability.

Senior Program Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties

Senior Program Manager Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; PMP or Agile certifications preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in program management or management consulting, leading complex integrations or operational transformations.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets infrastructure and digital assets, including tokenized securities and stablecoins.
  • Proven ability to convert analytics into sustainable resource allocation plans and operational strategies.
  • High emotional intelligence and professional maturity to navigate enterprise change effectively.
  • Experience in leading change management programs aligned with financial systems or regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to manage geographically distributed stakeholders and drive consensus across distinct corporate cultures.
