Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of HR/recruiting experience required; 5 years preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; educational background in HR or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with ATS systems, Workday preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
