Licensed Practical Nurse Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Administer prescribed medical treatments and document procedures in compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Schedule appointments, coordinate with external providers, and manage medical documentation for clients.
• Provide general nursing care, including vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and phlebotomy.

Licensed Practical Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New York State.
