Receptionist Overview

Receptionist Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests and employees, ensuring a professional and friendly reception experience.

  • Monitor and manage the public calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts and ensure smooth meeting flows.

Receptionist Job Requirements
