- The Operations Due Diligence role focuses on operational, accounting, and compliance controls for diversified investment strategies.

Operations Due Diligence Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Engage with external hedge fund managers and administrators to oversee valuations and accounting processes.
- Support trade documentation, reconciliation, and compliance with fund guidelines.
- Monitor fund liquidity and provide critical data for portfolio management decisions.
- Assist in portfolio planning, investment forecasting, and performance review coordination.
- Maintain investment data using specialized software and tools for portfolio management.
- Manage operational due diligence processes, including reviewing reports and background checks.
- Coordinate side letter agreements with external hedge fund managers.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects by gathering and analyzing investment data.
Operations Due Diligence Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, operations, or fund administration; hedge fund experience preferred.
- Proficiency in financial industry operations and compliance processes.
- Strong Excel skills, including macro creation and data analysis.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; proactive communicator.
- Ability to interpret legal documents and understand fund structures.
- Experience with portfolio management software and tools preferred.
