• The Senior Designer will lead multidisciplinary design projects for healthcare and life sciences clients, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with account, strategy, and technology teams to create impactful visual communications across digital, print, and presentation formats.
• Utilize advanced PowerPoint and Figma skills to develop templates, layouts, and UX/UI designs tailored to client needs.
• Translate complex scientific and healthcare information into clear, engaging visuals for diverse audiences.
• Maintain organized creative files and contribute to scalable systems for efficient asset management.
• Apply strategic thinking to design projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and audience requirements.
• Contribute to omnichannel campaigns, ensuring visual consistency across various platforms and formats.
• Stay updated on emerging creative technologies and integrate AI tools into workflows responsibly.

Senior Designer Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop high-quality creative deliverables, including presentations, digital assets, social media content, print collateral, and event materials.
• Create sophisticated PowerPoint presentations with advanced templates, layouts, charts, and infographics.
• Design UX/UI assets in Figma, including wireframes, prototypes, and responsive layouts for web and digital environments.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure practical implementation of digital designs.
• Organize complex healthcare and scientific information into visually clear and accurate communications.
• Adapt campaign concepts across multiple formats and platforms to meet strategic objectives.
• Maintain organized creative files and ensure efficient asset management for ongoing accounts.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring high-quality standards despite tight timelines.

Senior Designer Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional design experience, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite with demonstrated expertise in multidisciplinary design.
• Strong skills in typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with data visualization, scientific storytelling, and medical communications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with healthcare technology, SaaS, and digital product design.
• Experience working on integrated or omnichannel marketing campaigns.
