Practice Analytics Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Analyze clinical, operational, and financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and manage performance frameworks covering access, provider productivity, and care gaps.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance data pipelines, reporting tools, and dashboard usability.
• Lead the creation of integrated views of practice performance across medical and behavioral health services.
• Support financial sustainability through capacity planning, forecasting, and operational analysis.
• Provide actionable insights to leaders for improving scheduling, staffing, and provider panels.
• Supervise and develop analytics staff, fostering a service-oriented team culture.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and support value-based care initiatives.

Practice Analytics Manager Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health administration, public health, business, or related field required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare operations, analytics, or practice management.
• Proficiency with EHR systems, particularly Epic, and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience developing dashboards and performance reporting using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to connect clinical, operational, and financial data.
• Demonstrated success in using data to improve healthcare practice operations.
• Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree and experience in FQHC or community health settings.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
