Architect Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop architectural designs using Revit and graphic design software, ensuring precision and creativity.

Architect Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent professional degree required.
• 4-12 years of architectural experience, with K-12 project experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit, graphic design, and 3D visualization software essential.
• Familiarity with building codes, specifications, and building systems required.
• Professional licensure preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage and direct junior staff, ensuring project success and team development.
• Understanding of project management processes and ability to meet deadlines.
