  • The Construction Manager role focuses on overseeing complex projects including healthcare, lab spaces, multifamily, and retail developments.

  • Coordinate BSL2 upgrades and specialized lab space developments with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality construction management services without self-performing tasks.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth operations.
