- Coordinate with drafters, engineers, and homeowners to ensure project success from inception to completion.
- Manage design and construction documentation, adhering to FAA codes and regulations.
- Participate in site visits to evaluate and draft designs directly at impacted homes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including sound engineers and HVAC specialists.

Project Architect Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate project teams, including drafters, engineers, and homeowner coordinators, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
- Prepare and oversee construction documentation, ensuring compliance with FAA codes and soundproofing standards.
- Conduct site visits to impacted homes, drafting designs and evaluating acoustic reports.
- Collaborate with sound engineers and HVAC specialists to implement effective soundproofing solutions.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring delivery within scope and schedule.
- Engage with homeowners to address concerns and provide updates on project progress.
- Contribute to adaptive reuse and interior renovation projects as needed.
- Support the opening of new offices and expansion initiatives, including Vermont and Boston locations.
Project Architect Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management; 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD and Revit software for drafting and design purposes.
- Knowledge of FAA codes and soundproofing techniques is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
- Ability to travel periodically for site evaluations and team collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with homeowners and multidisciplinary teams.
