HRIS Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage and optimize HRIS systems, focusing on Oracle modules and data integrity.
- Analyze and resolve system issues stemming from rapid transitions and incomplete data transfers.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to streamline processes and enhance system functionality.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective HRIS utilization and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements within HR systems.
- Provide training and support to HR staff on system usage and updates.

HRIS Manager Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HRIS management, preferably in Oracle systems.
- Preferred 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment with lean HR teams.
- Strong expertise in Oracle HRIS modules and data management.
- Proven ability to resolve system issues and optimize functionality.
