Project Architect Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead architectural design processes, ensuring alignment with client goals and project requirements.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions across structural, MEP, and lighting design.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to oversee construction progress and quality assurance.
• Develop detailed architectural plans, specifications, and documentation for client approval.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address project challenges effectively.
• Support strategic growth initiatives by contributing to market analysis and business development efforts.

Project Architect Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of architectural experience; 10 years preferred.
• Proficiency in architectural design software and tools, such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Experience in managing interdisciplinary teams and delivering integrated solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
