  • The Multi-Site Surgery Center Administrator oversees operations across multiple ambulatory surgery facilities, ensuring efficient and compliant healthcare delivery.
  • Collaborate with physicians and leadership teams to enhance patient-centered care and operational performance.
  • Lead strategic planning efforts, driving service line growth and operational improvements.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, risk mitigation, and achieving financial goals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards across facilities.
  • Develop and oversee facility leadership teams, fostering workforce planning and performance management.
  • Support physician partnerships, credentialing processes, and medical staff relations.
  • Oversee vendor, service, and physician contracts to maintain operational efficiency.

  • Proven experience in managing budgets and achieving financial goals in healthcare leadership roles.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
