- The Licensing & Regulatory Specialist will oversee licensing and compliance for internal business entities supporting insurance operations.
- Coordinate regulatory filings, renewals, and applications for various business entity licenses.
- Maintain accurate records of officer and director affiliations and contact details.
- Collaborate with internal teams and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Support new business initiatives through timely licensing solutions and regulatory compliance strategies.
- Conduct research to gather licensing and compliance information and implement prescribed processes.
- Draft correspondence and manage payments to vendors and regulators in coordination with accounting teams.
- Participate in special projects and assignments, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Build strong relationships within the licensing team and across departments to support compliance efforts.

Licensing & Regulatory Specialist Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in law firm or in-house settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
- Strong organizational, writing, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in task execution.
- Preferred qualifications include paralegal certification and insurance industry experience.
- Experience with property and casualty insurance licensing in multiple jurisdictions is advantageous.
